Wendell Jackson, 53, from Thonotosassa, was the second winner. He also won $1 million, but his winning ticket was from the 500X The Cash scratch-off game. On December 19, Jackson went to the Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee to claim his prize, accepting a one-time lump sum of $640,000.
Further details provided by the lottery indicated that 301 Petrol Mart, situated at 11511 U.S. Highway 301 N. in Thonotosassa, sold the winning ticket.
